Damaged or faulty books
Please tell us within 14 days of delivery.
Our books are printed to order. Small variations in cover colour between print runs are normal and are not a fault. If a copy is poorly printed, badly bound or trimmed off-square, that is a fault and we will replace it.
Wrong book received
If what arrives is not what you ordered, get in touch and we will send the right one.
Ebooks and downloads
Downloads are supplied immediately, and for that reason they cannot be returned once the download has begun.
If a file is faulty, will not open, or is not what was described, please tell us.
Orders sent outside the United Kingdom
Everything above applies wherever you are. Please note that customs duty or import tax charged in the destination country is payable by the recipient — it is levied by that country rather than by us, so it is not something we are able to refund.
